Festina - F160793

When I received this watch (Festina 160793), I immediately noticed that it had a few very small (but noticeable) scratches on the crystal and silver rim. At first, I thought is was a second that was sent to me by mistake. Also, the dual time dial was not working. The customer service agent explained that the dual time dial battery was out of power. He advised me to take the watch to any watch repair store to replace the battery! For a brand new, never been used, expensive watch!! Also, it took me a bit of time to set the flip-over metal clasp mechanism on the leather band. In addition, due to the heavy weight of this watch, the turning knob was very uncomfortable against the top of my wrist. Finally, the watch comes with no booklet to explain how to set the time, set the dual time dial, and use the clasp mechanism. The design, packaging, and quality control of this watch needs work!!

This is my first Festina and I am impressed not only by it's style but also by its design, function and craftsmanship. It is using a high quality Miyoto quartz movement which so far after 2 months has kept pace with my computer clock and my other Swiss made chronographs. The pins in the band are uniquely designed with the pins fitting into hulls which gives this band better joint durability then most. It has a good feel and is easily read. Looks much better in person. My first black I. P. watch. After shopping around for a black I.P. This finish seemed one of the better ones. I am definitely fond of Festina Watches now.

I bought this automatic Festina skeleton watch from your company. I ordered it on 1/16 and it arrived on 1/19!! I was amazed how quick it arrived. The watch is very nice - I like it a lot!


I did not recieve the watch and cant seem to get a refund from teh supplier I am very dissapointed with amazon and would think twice about buying anything through them again.

This watch has a very large distinctive face and very well made band with excellent stitching. I get comments on it all the time. The black against the yellow in the face makes a really nice contrast. The precision parts, assembly, and craftsmanship are excellent and are reminiscent of the legend that the Grand Turismo label brings to mind. The stainless steel adds a weight and look to the watch that makes it look even more upscale. It is an excellent value for its price.
